The party purified a cursed shrine, slaying a root-entwined bear spirit and restoring its druid guardian. In Laprod, they learned of a revenant bound to the Stag Lord’s death and gathered allies for his downfall.

A sick centaur led to a cyclopean ruin. Harpies, toad-folk, and stone eyes attacked. The heroes defeated a zombie Cyclops, destroyed its orb, and escaped the sinking islet, curing the blight.

Review: Souls for Smuggler’s Shiv – Paizo
During our autumn coast trip, we ran Souls for Smuggler’s Shiv as a streamlined point crawl with fewer random encounters, focusing on key story beats. Adapted easily to Shadowfinder, though Paizo’s layout and excess lore caused some difficulty mid-game.
